This Privacy Policy explains how Murat Meşe ("Developer", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the LoveSend mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. We do not store your password. We only process the user identifier (Apple ID) provided by Apple to associate your account with your partner connection.

B. User Generated Content (UGC)

The core functionality of LoveSend allows you to send content to your partner's widget. This includes:

• Drawings: Sketches you create within the app.
• Photos: Images you upload for the widget background.
• Love Language Messages: Text selections or inputs.

This content is uploaded to our secure servers (Google Firebase) solely for the purpose of delivering it to your connected partner's device. We do not access, view, or use your private content for any other purpose.

C. Technical Data

We may collect limited technical data (such as device model, iOS version) through Firebase to improve app stability and performance. This app does not show advertisements.

2. How We Store Your Data

We use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure. Your drawings, photos, and messages are stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage and Firestore databases. We implement standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Your data is shared only with:

• Your Partner: The specific user you have explicitly connected with via the App.
• Service Providers: Google Firebase (for hosting and storage) and Apple (for authentication).

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can perform this action directly within the App settings by selecting the "Delete Account" option. Upon deletion, your drawings, photos, and connection data will be permanently removed from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

LoveSend is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
