Welcome to LoveSend! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LoveSend mobile application ("App") provided by Murat Meşe ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

LoveSend is a relationship-focused application that allows users to send drawings, photos, animations, and messages directly to their partner's home screen widget. The service relies on iOS background processes and internet connectivity to function.

2. User Accounts

• You must sign in using your Apple ID to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Generated Content & Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

Strict Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You agree NOT to use the App to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence against individuals or groups.
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules without prior notice.

4. Premium Subscriptions

LoveSend offers auto-renewing subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features such as unlimited drawings and photo slideshows.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• No Refunds: Unused portions of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

The App functionality (widget updates) depends on iOS system limitations (battery optimization, background fetch intervals). We do not guarantee that widget updates will be instant. Delays caused by the operating system or network issues are not considered a defect of the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
